The metamorphosis process can take a month or it can take an entire year, depending on the type of butterfly. A metamorphosis isn’t easy or quick, and there can be pain, but the end result is the beautiful creature that can inspire anyone with its beauty, transformation, as it flies away to its destination. The metamorphosis as a person and business means letting go of the previous ways, learning to embrace change, even if it takes months or years. The end result is a new version of you as a person or as a business who chose to own their own path, like a butterfly.
At Your Own Pathway, my purpose is to empower individuals to take ownership of their own path in life, stop languishing, and to choose their destiny. My goal is to help business companies, teams, and start-ups, to ensure that their founders, CEOs, management team/s, have a holistic and humanistic approach by offering a safe place and confidential space so they can mentally show up, be present, and lead their teams with clarity and confidence.
